Vibhoos PropCare places the highest value on customer satisfaction. However, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Vibhoos PropCare maintains a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy for all services once payment is processed and accepted.

You are advised to review the fine print of each service offering carefully before purchasing.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer changes their mind after purchasing a service, Vibhoos PropCare is not obligated to cancel the service. In certain cases where a customer requests that processing be held, we will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Before approving any cancellation or refund request, Vibhoos PropCare reserves the right to make best efforts to complete the service. If a cancellation is permitted prior to completion, applicable cancellation fees may be charged to cover work already performed, third-party costs, and administrative expenses.

Refund Policy

As a general rule, Vibhoos PropCare does not provide refunds. Refunds will not be issued for amounts already earned by the company in respect of time, effort, and resources expended for performing services.

Where an exceptional refund is considered (and only where Vibhoos PropCare, after internal investigation, determines the circumstances warrant it), the refund amount will exclude:

  • All processing fees, payment gateway charges, and administrative fees
  • Any amounts already earned by Vibhoos PropCare for work performed
  • Fees paid to government bodies or third parties (these are non-refundable)

Any request for refund should be submitted in writing to our support email. Vibhoos PropCare retains the right to accept or reject refund requests following an internal review.

Resolution Timeframes

Where an amicable resolution between parties is reached prior to the commencement of service, Vibhoos PropCare may consider adjustments; such resolutions should be concluded promptly. As a guideline, matters resolved within 3 days before our start of service are more likely to be considered for exceptional handling. Resolutions reached after the service has begun or after 3 days from payment are not eligible for refund.

Ungovernable Factors

The outcome or timeline of many processes depends on external governing authorities and third parties. Rejections, approvals, responses, technical issues with government portals, or administrative backlogs are outside Vibhoos PropCare's control and do not constitute grounds for refund.

Force Majeure

Vibhoos PropCare will not be liable for failure or delay in performing services due to Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, changes in law, war, terrorism, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control. Such events do not qualify for refunds under this policy.

This refund policy may change without prior notice; clients are encouraged to review it periodically.
